Loading Containers For Bangladesh PCR Project

Packing and loading the container well is the key to getting the shipment in good shape when our customer receive on the other end. For this Bangladesh cleanroom projects, our project manager Jonny Shi stayed on-site to supervise and assist the whole loading process. He made sure the products are well packed to avoid the damage during transportation.

The cleanroom is 2100 square feet. The client found Airwoods for HVAC and cleanroom design and material purchasing. It took 30 days for production and we arranges two 40 feet containers for products loading. The first container shipped out at the end of September. The second container shipped out in October and the client will receive it soon in November.

Before loading the products, we Inspect the container carefully and make sure it is in good condition and no holes inside. For our first container, we start with large and heavy items, and load the sandwich panels against the front wall of the container.

We make our own wooden braces to secure items within the container. And make sure no empty space in the container for our products shift during shipping.

To ensure precise delivery and protection purposes, we placed the labels of specific client’s address and shipment details on every box inside the container.

The goods has been sent to seaport, and client will receive them soon. When the day comes, we will work with client closely for their installation job. At Airwoods, we provide integrated services that whenever our clients need help, our services are always on the way.
