Принцип работы:

Роторный теплообменник состоит из ячеистого нагревательного колеса, корпуса, системы привода и уплотняющих деталей. Вытяжной и наружный воздух проходят через половину колеса отдельно, при вращении колеса тепло и влага передаются между выхлопным и наружным воздухом. Эффективность рекуперации энергии составляет от 70% до 90%.

Приложения:

Роторный теплообменник может быть встроен в вентиляционную установку (AHU) в качестве основной части секции рекуперации тепла. Обычно боковая панель корпуса теплообменника не нужна, за исключением того, что байпас установлен в AHU.

Также может быть установлен в воздуховодах системы вентиляции в качестве основной части секции рекуперации тепла, соединенной фланцевым соединением. В этом случае необходима боковая панель теплообменника для предотвращения протечек.
