Principe de fonctionnement:

L'échangeur de chaleur rotatif est composé d'une roue thermique alvéolée, d'un boîtier, d'un système d'entraînement et de pièces d'étanchéité. L'air d'échappement et l'air extérieur traversent la moitié de la roue séparément, lorsque la roue tourne, la chaleur et l'humidité sont échangées entre l'air d'échappement et l'air extérieur. Matériaux de roue:

 

La roue à chaleur sensible est constituée de feuilles d'aluminium de 0,05 mm d'épaisseur. Et la roue thermique totale est constituée de feuilles d'aluminium recouvertes d'un tamis moléculaire 3A de 0,04 mm d'épaisseur.

Applications:

L'échangeur de chaleur rotatif peut être intégré dans une unité de traitement d'air (AHU) en tant que partie principale de la section de récupération de chaleur. Habituellement, le panneau latéral du boîtier de l'échangeur n'est pas nécessaire, sauf que la dérivation a été réglée dans l'AHU.
