How to load cleanroom products into freight container

It was July, client sent the contract to us, to purchase panels and aluminum profiles for their upcoming office and freezing room projects. For the office, they selected glass magnesium material sandwich panel, with thickness of 50mm. The material is cost-effective, fire-proof and has decent water-proof performance. It is hollow inside, which means when client wants to insert wiring into the panels, it is just a piece of cake without any drilling work required.

For freezing room, they selected PU foam panel with thickness of 100mm with cold coated panel skins. The material is excellent in thermal insulation, water-proof, high-capacity, high-stiffness, sound proof and very low water absorption. Client is using a condensing unit to maintain the room temperature, while good quality panels make sure it is airtight and no air leakage.

It took 20 days for production, we finished it smoothly. And our services did not end at production, we also helped client with loading. They sent container to our factory, our team worked half day to load.

The goods were well packed to avoid damage during transportation on land and on ocean. For instance, all panels were wrapped with plastic film, panel edges were covered by aluminum sheets as well, and foam boards were put among different piles of panels for cushion.

We carefully loaded the goods into the container, to make it compact and solid. The goods were stacked in correct order, so no cartons or boxes got crushed.

The goods has been sent to seaport, and client will receive them soon in September. When the day comes, we will work with client closely for their installation job. At Airwoods, we provide integrated services that whenever our clients need help, our services are always on the way. We work with our clients as a team.
