Requirement:

Three ISO-7 class clean rooms and one freezer room for milk products

Design & Solution:

Airwoods supplied indoor construction material, cleanroom equipment, HVAC system, light & electricity, and freezer room construction material, etc.

The client provided project drawings and requirements documents, specifying their demands for air changes, windows, air shower, pass box and ambient conditions. However these information was not enough to design the clean rooms. According to our expertise in clean room projects and understanding on specific project’s construction, installation and work flow, we supplement the details and come up with a design draft, covering every aspects that client has not pointed out or overlooked. For example, we add the design of changing room for workers to ensure the clean operation based on the work flow consideration.
