Clients Need：

The cleanroom area is 170m2 and divided into two rooms. The cleanliness requirements are ISO6 (Class 100) and ISO5 (Class 100), Both are positive air pressure cleanrooms. Airwoods provided cleanroom desisgn and material procurement for client.

Project Solution：

1. High air change rate and air circulation for ISO 5 or 6 cleanroom. We use FFU for indoor air circulation and purification

2. Project required variety of cleanroom equipments. Airwoods provided one-stop procurement service. The first stage procurement plan includes FFU and its centralized monitoring system, cleanroom doors, windows, lighting system, escape door, air lock system, cleanroom bench, air shower etc.
