I-chiller ivame ukutholakala engaphansi noma ophahleni futhi lokhu kuncike ekutheni hlobo luni lwe-chiller olusetshenziswayo. Ama-chiller ophahleni avame ukuba “apholile emoyeni” kanti ama-chiller ophahleni avame ukuba “apholile ngamanzi” kodwa womabili enza umsebenzi ofanayo owukukhiqiza amanzi abandayo okupholisa umoya ngokususa ukushisa okungafunwa esakhiweni. Umehluko kuphela ukuthi i-chiller ilahla kanjani ukushisa okungafunwa.


Ama-air cooled chiller azosebenzisa amafeni ukufutha umoya opholile ozungezile phezu kwe-condenser yawo ukuze asuse ukushisa ohlelweni, lolu hlobo alusebenzisi umbhoshongo wokupholisa. I-chiller epholile ngamanzi inamasilinda amabili amakhulu, elilodwa libizwa ngokuthi i-evaporator kanti elinye libizwa ngokuthi i-condenser.
Amanzi abandayo:
I-evaporator ye-chiller yilapho kukhiqizwa khona “amanzi abandayo”. “Amanzi abandayo” ashiya i-evaporator cishe ku-6°C (42.8°F) bese esunduzwa esakhiweni ngephampu yamanzi abandayo. Amanzi abandayo ageleza phezulu kwesakhiwo aye esitezi ngasinye ngamapayipi aziwa ngokuthi “ama-risers”. Lawa mapayipi aziwa ngokuthi ama-risers kungakhathaliseki ukuthi amanzi ageleza phezulu noma phansi ngaphakathi kwawo.
Amanzi abandayo asuka ezikhumulweni angene emapayipini amancane anobubanzi aqonde kumayunithi e-fan coil (ama-FCU) kanye nama-Air Handling Units (ama-AHU) ukuze ahlinzeke nge-air conditioner. Amanzi abandayo ayashisa futhi umoya ovunguzayo uphole. Lapho amanzi abandayo eshiya i-cooling coil manje azoba shushu cishe ku-12°C (53.6°F). Amanzi afudumele abandayo abese ebuyela ku-evaporator, nge-return riser, futhi uma esengena ku-evaporator, i-refrigerant izomunca ukushisa okungafunwa bese ikuhambisa lokhu ku-condenser. Amanzi abandayo azophinde aphume epholile, elungele ukuzungeza isakhiwo futhi aqoqe ukushisa okwengeziwe okungafuneki. Qaphela: amanzi abandayo abizwa ngokuthi “amanzi abandayo” kungakhathaliseki ukuthi afudumele noma apholile.
Amanzi e-condenser:
I-condenser ye-chiller yilapho kuqoqwa khona ukushisa okungafunwa ngaphambi kokuba kuthunyelwe emibhoshongweni yokupholisa. I-refrigerant idlula phakathi kwe-evaporator ne-condenser ukuze ihambise konke ukushisa okungafunwa. Enye i-loop yamanzi, eyaziwa ngokuthi “amanzi e-condenser”, idlula nge-loop phakathi kwe-condenser nombhoshongo wokupholisa. I-refrigerant iqoqa ukushisa kusuka ku-loop “yamanzi abandayo” ku-evaporator bese ikuhambisa lokhu ku-loop “yamanzi e-condenser” ku-condenser.
Amanzi e-condenser angena kwi-condenser cishe ngo-27°C (80.6°F) futhi azodlula, aqoqe ukushisa endleleni. Ngesikhathi ephuma kwi-condenser azoba cishe ngo-32°C (89.6°F). Amanzi e-condenser kanye ne-refrigerant awahlangani, ahlala ehlukaniswa udonga lwamapayipi, ukushisa kudlula nje odongeni. Uma amanzi e-condenser esedlule kwi-condenser futhi ethatha ukushisa okungafunwa, azokhuphukela emibhoshongweni yokupholisa ukuze alahle lokhu kushisa futhi abuyisele i-cooler isilungele ukuqoqa ukushisa okwengeziwe.

Umbhoshongo wokupholisa:
Umbhoshongo wokupholisa uvame ukuba phezulu ophahleni futhi uyindawo yokugcina yokushisa okungadingeki esakhiweni. Umbhoshongo wokupholisa uqukethe ifeni enkulu evunguza umoya ngeyunithi. Amanzi e-condenser adonswa phezulu emibhoshongweni yokupholisa bese efafazwa emfuleni womoya. Umoya opholile ozungezile uzongena futhi uhlangane ngqo nesifutho samanzi e-condenser (embhoshongweni wokupholisa ovulekile) lokhu kuzovumela ukushisa kwamanzi e-condenser ukuthi kudlulele emoyeni bese lo moya upheshulwa emoyeni. Amanzi e-condenser abe eseqoqana bese ebuyela emuva e-condenser ye-chillers elungele ukuqoqa ukushisa okwengeziwe. Hlola isifundo sethu esikhethekile mayelana nemibhoshongo yokupholisa lapha.
